Julius “Frank” Bailey Sr., of Sapelo Island, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023, at Candler Hospital in Savannah.

Funeral servies will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 18, at St. Luke Baptist Church, with burial following in Behavior Cemetery.

The ferry will depart the Meridian dock at 9 a.m.

A walk-through viewing will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Friday, March 17, at Darien Funeral Home.
