Oscar Lee Mangram Sr. died Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Southeast Georgia Health System.

The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 6, at Shorter Chapel in Eulonia, with burial to follow at Ebenezer Cemetery.

A walk-through viewing will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, May 5, at Darien Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Mangram; children, Oscar Mangram Jr., Malacia Atkinson, Antonio Mangram, Utrena Grant, Shelonda West, Jonathan Norman, Mario Mangram Sr. and Renardo Mangram; siblings, Irene Anderson, Etha Washington, Leo Mangram Jr., Jery Mangram, Virginia Anderson, Timothy Mangram Sr. and Antwan Mangram.

He was a member of First Credit Hill Baptist Church, where he served as chairman of deacons and he was a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Army.

Darien Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
