Hercules Lemon Jr.

Hercules Lemon Jr., of Darien, died Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, at his residence.

The funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30, at Grant Chapel Presbyterian Church, with burial to follow in Upper Mill Cemetery.

A walk-through viewing will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29, at the church.

He is survived by his children, Yasma Thomas, Alison Lemon-Everett and Lashandra Kirskey; sisters, Cleo Lemon and Elaine Jones-Jackson; and two grandchildren.

Darien Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
